To give you some insight into the way our firm conducts business, we thought you would like to know that:
- Walker Personnel's permanent placement rate is structured at 50% less than the standard agency fee.
- We can supply permanent full-time, permanent part-time, or temporary personnel at your request. We specialize in word processing, administrative, secretarial, bookkeeping, receptionist, clerical, and medical office positions.
- We require a personal interview of all our applicants and will perform the appropriate screening and reference checks that are applicable to meet your job specifications.
- Strict confidentiality of our clients is always maintained. We also offer facilities in our office for you to conduct interviews.
- We do absolutely no phone solicitations or door-to-door "cold calling" to develop business.
- Our staff works on a salary basis. Unlike most agencies, we do not feel that our type of business is best represented by commissioned salespeople.
- We offer a generous credit or refund policy if for any reason you are ever dissatisfied with a permanent or temporary employee we have referred to your company.
- We are an independent, owner-operated firm. We are not franchised.
- We have been conducting business in Ridgewood since 1966. Very few agencies can offer you this much experience in Bergen County.
- Our service to applicants is free of charge.
